Black Ice Drive - The Brick Cellar, Gunnison CO - April 12, 2014

[Crested Butte, CO] This was such a fun show – maybe because Rockboy was falling all over himself with smiles. He arranged the entire gig, and people showed up, and people had a great time – we were basically running the Brick and it was just fun. Moshing, dancing, closet punks emerging and celebrating. It was also fun to watch other peoples’ horror at the Brick being transformed into a loud mosh pit. This band mostly does covers but they do them really well – Rockboy has befriended the drummer Forrest who is adorable, energetic, and funny – looks like Axl Rose --- the lead singer is a serious female punk – also adorable. Good people.
